The workshop illustrates the process and tools of Creative and Design Thinking, through a case study in which participants will be directly involved. The workshop, addressed mainly at an audience of specialists, offers an experiential path based on “learning by doing”. It will go through the four phases of the IDEActivity method, experiencing some of its main tools.
