Architect, PhD in Industrial Design, he is Associate Professor at the Department and School of Design of Politecnico di Milano, where he is Scientific Director of PUL – Product Usability Lab, research centre in the field of Ergonomics, Usability and User Experience.
His main interests are oriented to promote and carry out research and training activities for an ethical People Centred Design through Design Thinking and Co-design methodologies, he uses tools to understand expressed and latent needs in order to develop innovative products and services that promote the psycho-physical well-being of the person.
He collaborated in the creation of IDEActivity Center, with which he participates in various research projects funded by the European Community and national bodies.
She has been Tutor for the Alta Scuola Politecnica, she has taught in several Master’s courses in Italy, she has been speaker of many theses and has obtained several honourable mentions in the Lucky Strike Talented Designer Award competition.
She is author/coauthor of scientific books and articles and other international publications on books and magazines, and co-author of patents and usability models.
She has won several design awards including the Compasso d’Oro youth award.
