Since 2015 I have been working with the IDEActivity research centre at the Design Department of the Politecnico di Milano, where I follow research projects and corporate collaborations with the aim of developing and applying methods and tools that enhance the creative process for innovation in different contexts. I am particularly interested in the processes of transforming people towards a digital maturity through the enhancement of design and creative skills, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by constantly evolving digital technologies. People, creativity and strategic approach are the drivers I work on to drive digital transformation. Since 2012 I have been working as a freelancer with several companies creating value through design research, product design, user experience design and visual communication projects. In the same years, I co-founded the Visibilio Design studio based in Milan. I carry out teaching activities at the School of Design and Poli.Design of Politecnico di Milano. Trainer and facilitator of Design Thinking processes, I have collaborated with realities such as H-Farm Education, for the facilitation of training and design workshops. I am author of various articles, scientific papers and publications in books and magazines.
